As of February 5, 2025, project was awarded to O Z Collaborative LLC, but awarded amount is not available. Constructing additions to the Edgewood Park Apartment Buildings (EPA). EPA consists of four separate buildings (200,300,400,500) and are located on Rowan University Glassboro Campus at 400 Edgewood Drive. The University desires to create a small addition to each building. This addition will include extending the existing IRT closets to align with current University MDF/IDF standards and a new multi-use laundry facility.
