Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Milton, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The intention of this solicitation is to obtain all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform and complete this requirement. The work includes construction of a three- story elevator lobby addition and elevator, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical work associated with the elevator addition, civil work associated with the elevator addition, including partial pavement replacement and striping, sidewalks \, curb and gutter, and sewer line rerouting; and incidental related work. Additional work includes modifications to the existing transformer building and removal/replacement of the existing transformer. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. See Statement of Work (Attachment A). But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 542 calendar days All RFIs must be sent to Daniel Carruth at dcarruth@bbch-llc.com or John Sylvester at jsylvester@bbch-llc.com. We are requesting at the time of submitting your bid that you provide your EMR (Experience Modification Rate), Bond Rate and Bonding Capacity (single project & aggregate) for consideration. Section I EMR and Representations Warranties forms are located in the files which needs to be filled out and returned upon submission of your proposal.
