Curb and Sidewalk to be redone at the Side entrance sidewalk (70' x 4') and steps (5 steps with 9" tread, 7 1/4" rise). Remove and dispose of existing, re- prep, form new walk and steps to be 48" wide, steps to be minimal 9" tread 7 1/4" rise max. Install clean stone base, #4 rebar to assure stability, place and finish. 4000 PSI concrete 2. Public sidewalk (179' x 5' 6"): Remove and dispose of existing, re-prep area, form to allow monolithic curbing, install continuous #4 rebar at turn down, install clean stone base, 6 x 6 welded wire mesh to assure stability, place and finish 4000 PSI concrete, install control joints, finish to be light broom. 3. ADA ramp at each end (front and near West Addition Street). 4. 12' x 35' concrete patio on South side to run adjacent to the sidewalk. excavate area, form to assure proper slope. install downspout sleeves to daylight. install clean stone base, 6 x 6 welded wire mesh to assure stability. place and finish 4" 4000 PSI concrete. re-grade area to assure proper slope. Provide a broom finish. 5. Additions of any accelerators to the cement mix due to the weather. Contractor is to obtain all necessary work permits from the City of Martinsburg. All labor shall be paid in accordance with Davis Bacon Federal Wage Determinations provided by the City of Martinsburg Community Development Department.
