D/B North Wenatchee Avenue Shared Use Trail Phase 1. - The North Wenatchee Avenue Shared-Use Trail Phase 1 project aims to improve safety and mobility for pedestrians and bicycles along the North Wenatchee Avenue Corridor through the construction of a shared use path from Maiden Ln to Walnut St. The Project will also include ADA Curb ramps at the path termini, pedestrian scale illumination and bicycle way finding signs/markings. The Project is funded by WSDOT's Pedestrian & Bicycle Safety Program. Description: The City of Wenatchee invites qualified surveying firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for the following project. Interested firms must have experience in the following: Design and construction of Shared Use Trails; Design and construction of stormwater systems; Design and construction of pedestrian scale illumination; Evaluation, design and construction of retaining walls; Working with public and private utilities to coordinate relocation of existing systems as required by the project; Coordinating all aspects of Right of Way and easement acquisition for public works projects, including commercial and franchise business properties; Navigating the SEPA process, including but not limited to: completion of a SEPA checklist; Completion of all required environmental documents; Public outreach; Working with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) requirements for State and Federally funded projects.
