Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance necessary to execute and complete the work. The Contractor shall remove all debris, garbage, equipment and materials from the job site upon completion of the job. All roofing procedures shall be in accordance with good roofing practices as outlined by the National Roofing Contractor's Association. Asbestos materials are prohibited. eadline for questions is November 6,2024 and must be submitted to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet Portal. Contract shall commence January 2025.
