Milestone 1 April 30, 2026 Substantial Completion for the following scope: Administration Building, Maintenance & Operation Building, Swimming Pavilion, Pay Booth All utilities for full operation of the above structures, including, but not limited to: Potable water system Septic system & force main Electrical Communications HVAV/Mechanical, including geothermal system All FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for the above structures. Swim crib, floating platform, anchoring system, and all related components for a complete operational swimming facility. Vehicular and pedestrian pavement for all facilities west of the Administration building, inclusive. Milestone 2 May 28, 2027 - Substantial Completion for all remaining work. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 25% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 820 Days after contract approved by the NYS Comptroller's office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
