Repave the most damaged areas of the roadways and parking lots at the OPP Lambton detachment in Petrolia. This includes the pothole at the main entrance from Oil Heritage Road, approximately 90' at the south edge of the entrance roadway, and 95' at the north edge of the rear parking lot. Both edges are beginning to break away from the main roadways and parking lots. These areas currently do not include concrete curbs at their edges. The scope includes the following items: Excavation and compaction or the addition of concrete curbs. Remove existing pavement and install new with all applicable accessories for full functionality. Repainting of any affected spaces is required. 230404 Domestic Hot Water Renewal (274489) The intent of this project is to replace the gas fired hot water heater located in the mechanical room of the OPP Lambton Detachment in Petrolia. The heater is manufactured by A.O. Smith (Type: Cyclone XHE, Model #: BT 199 M00N000S52, Serial #: 966-MK00985781) with a 199,900 BTUH input heating capacity and 100 US gallons storage capacity. The heater is believed to have been replaced in 2009 and is therefore past the end of its expected lifetime. The scope includes the following items: Remove existing and install a new properly sized heater including piping, insulation, valves, and related accessories for full functionality. Modify exhaust and gas lines as required. TIMELINE: RFP for design has been issued by the Owner's agent. Further update may be available upon award.
