Renovation of a municipal facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Addenda 1 and 2 are available. TVWD's Engineering/Operations Space Reorganization is construction of an interior alteration of two office departments with minor exterior work. Includes creation of new office spaces, LED lighting upgrades, HVAC, roof support/repair, exterior exit door, electrical, plumbing, painting, sprinkler/fire alarm system, and related work. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public contracng procedures and requirements, including bidder responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause all bids upon the Owner's finding that it is in the Owner's or the public's best interest to do so. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalizes and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
