Site work for a golf course in Burkesville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Work to be included: 1. Bunker shapes to be returned to original size as indicated by original sand to clay interface where bunker edge meets surrounding turf areas. 2. Replacement of drainage systems in (20) bunkers, totaling approximately 47,947 square feet. 3. Replacement of sand in (20) bunkers, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet. 4. Convert left fairway bunker (1A) to a grass swale. Approximate disturbed area to be sodded 12,625 sq. ft. (Meyer zoysiagrass) 5. Convert one large bunker on hole 11 to 3 smaller bunkers (11A(3), 11B(2) and 11C(1). Shape remaining old bunker into grass swale with estimated disturbed area to be sodded 40,950 sq. ft. New bunkers approximate square footage 4,675 sq. ft. 6. Rebuild right green side bunker on hole 13 to a smaller bunker closer to green with rock outcropping (5 boulders) above bunker. Approximate bunker square footage 785 sq. ft
