Tippecanoe County Government is issuing this Request for Qualifications for a Construction Manager with respect to a Wastewater Project that is being designed to serve Buck Creek and Colburn in Tippecanoe County The design is anticipated to include construction of a "backbone" which would include the main lift stations in Buck Creek and Colburn and the Lagoon Wastewater Treatment System with spray irrigation for the effluent discharge. More specifically, it is anticipated that the project will be bid out in four separate contracts: Contract A - Waste stabilization Lagoons; Contract B - Buck Creek Sewer System; Contract C - Force Main from Buck Creek to Colburn; and Contract D - Colburn Sewer System. The Agreement Between Owner and Engineer and a draft form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager are hereby incorporated by reference for further specificity as to the plan for project design, the anticipated cost of the project,the project timeline, and the County's responsibilities with respect to the Project.
