Development and Management of a Mini Golf Course. Question Deadline 11/07/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The City of Salisbury ("City") is interested entering into a partnership for the development and long-term management of a mini-golf course (facility), nine hole minimum, adjacent to the Salisbury Zoo and Ben's Red Swings located in the Salisbury City Park. Those interested should consider the following terms of the partnership: o The property shown in the image below would be retained by the City; however a long-term lease agreement will be drafted for the use of the property. o Interested parties will be responsible for all development of the property including, but not limited to, all work and costs associated with permitting, engineering, and construction. o Interested parties will be responsible for all maintenance work and costs of the grounds and facility for the life of the partnership. o Interested parties will be responsible for all operations, staffing and maintenance. o Interested parties must be willing to make an annual donation in September of each year to the Salisbury Zoo Commission. This donation will be based on a mutually-agreeable percentage of annual gross revenue.
