The replacement of two (2) water heaters at Lakewood School kitchen and four (4) water heaters at Henry County High School kitchen. Scope of the Project: Section 1. Lakewood school, cafeteria mechanical room. Remove three (3) existing water heaters and piping (any water and gas lines that are required for the project) Furnish and install two (2) new 100-gallon 199k BTU Natural gas water heaters (State brand, model SBD100-199 NET, or equivalent) Install new piping for water and gas as required to bring units into service. Insulate new piping Install new expansion tank Install new circulating pump (size to match existing pump) Include state boiler permits Section 2. Henry County High School, cafeteria mechanical room Remove existing water heaters and piping (any water and gas lines that are required for the project) We reserve the right to reject any and or all bids; to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding; to be the sole judge of the merit and qualifications of products and service Contractor shall be a licensed contractor with the State of Tennessee.
