All project construction shall be in accordance with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation 2009 Standard Specifications of Highway Construction. 2. Materials removed shall become property of and be disposed by the contractor. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to legally dispose of any unsuitable or waste material. 3. All materials not shown on the plans and not specified herein, but which are required to properly complete the work under this contract shall be provided by the contractor and paid for under other items of work. All work and/or materials not listed as a "Pay Item" shall be considered incidental and the cost thereof shall be included in the unit price bid for listed pay items. 4. The Contractor shall excavate existing subgrade to accommodate the placement of New (5" Thickness) Concrete Sidewalk and shall be constructed with ODOT Class A Concrete
