The OTAG has a need for A/E services for various National Guard facilities located in North Dakota. Work shall include design services, including the preparation of plans and specifications, required in conjunction with new facilities or remodeling, repair and maintenance type projects. Selected A/E firms shall be responsible for furnishing an electronic set of final drawings and specifications, and up to twelve hard copy sets of final drawings to the OTAG prior to bidding of each project. Submit as-built drawings, specifications, and operation and maintenance (O&M) information to OTAG within 6 months of final project completion. Various types of inspections, studies, reports, cost estimates, GIS data collection and development services, and LEED certification may also be required. Projects will mainly involve architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; however, other disciplines may also be required Contract start approximately 1/15/202 The initial base period for the contracts will be twelve (12) months with the availability of four option years which are exercised at the sole discretion of the STATE. Upon satisfactory completion, the STATE shall make an annual notification to the Contractor of its intent to exercise the option for an additional twelve (12) month period. An additional twelve (12) month extension option may also be exercised. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
