Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Blue Springs, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,060-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The Parks Maintenance building located at 2715 NW Park Drive in Blue Springs, Missouri, within Pink Hill Park, serves the Parks and Recreation department for maintenance and repair needs. The Parks and Recreation department desires a reconfiguration of the office space located in the maintenance building to improve functional adjacencies and update facilities. The approximate area of renovation is 2,060 square feet. Location of Project: 2715 NW Park Drive, Blue Springs, Missouri 64015. Requested Services: A qualified and licensed Contractor for the renovation of the park maintenance offices, restroom/locker room and break room. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. All questions related to this project prior to the opening of bid proposals, shall be directed to the Architect, SFS Architecture. The Architect's representative is Kelly Stindt, kstindt@sfsarch.com. All work covered by the contract documents shall be completed by an agreed upon date with the awarded contractor with a desired construction start date not more than 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make the award in the interest of the Owner.
