Construct Approximately 1,235 Ft of Shared Use Path 3) From West End of Wsdot Row Portion of Path Along Fred Meyer Easement to W Powerhouse Rd: a. Construct Approximately 585' of Shared Use Path Accomplishing This Work Will Include Surveying, Preparing the Design Plans and Specifications, Permitting, Environmental and Other Work.
