This call for tenders is divided into six (6) separate and distinct lots. The same CONTRACTOR may bid on one or more lots since a separate contract will be awarded for each lot. He must take into consideration his ability to carry out the work at each location and in accordance with the specifications and requirements detailed in this call for tenders document. The lots are distributed as follows: Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux (CISSS) de laLanaudiere (mandatary) Lot 1 (CISSS) de laLanaudiere sud Lot 2 (CISSS) de laLanaudiere nord Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux (CISSS) desLaurentides Lot 3 (CISSS) desLaurentides sud Lot 4 (CISSS) desLaurentides nord Lot 5 Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux (CISSS) de Laval Lot 6 Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l'Outaouais The various facilities to be served by the ENTREPRENEUR are divided into six (6) lots as indicated in Appendix A 'List of lots'. The CONTRACTOR must be able to perform all of the required Services in all of the facilities in the same lot. A lot is defined as one or more sites. The same CONTRACTOR must bid on all the sites of a lot, failing which his bid will be rejected. At the request of the PUBLIC BODY, the CONTRACTOR will be called upon in particular to: - Install and/or relocate copper or fibre optic cables - Install and/or relocate wireless access points - Install mouldings (grommets), conduits and multi-port wall outlets - Build junction points (interconnection room) - Repair cables and/or sockets - Installing piece goods (cable racks, ladders, etc.) - Provide structured network design consulting services - Rearrange panels and cable trays in interconnection rooms or server rooms - Any other service related to structured cabling. The territories are defined by the CISSS de Lanaudiere, CISSS des Laurentides, CISSS de Laval and CISSS de l'Outaouais.
