DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVMENTS: Buildout of new telecom room to provide space, cooling, power and pathways for existing radio equipment and antennas. Relocate existing HVAC and water piping currently routed above the new room floor space. New walls, door, cooling unit, sprinkler piping, clean agent and pre-action fire suppression, electrical panelboards, UPS, lighting, access control and fire alarm panel will be provided. Four existing cabinets will be relocated to the new space with new cable tray and conduit pathways installed to exterior antenna mounting location.
