Sealed Bid San Patricio County NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, will receive sealed bids for San Pat Co. Juvenile Detention Center Expansion. Project consists of all work necessary to construct a new administrative building adjacent to the existing San Patricio County Juvenile Center. Project work will include earthwork, structural concrete, flatwork concrete, reinforcing steel, grouted cmu walls, roofing, doors, windows, and utility service extensions. The project is federally funded via the American Rescue Plan Act. All bids must be clearly marked "RFP 2024-016 Juvenile Expansion." The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. All questions regarding this solicitation and requests for plans and specifications must be addressed in written format via e-mail to Chesca Newman cnewman@ sanpatriciocountytx.gov no later than 2:00 PM on November 19, 2024. Replies to all inquiries shall be provided to Proposers with whom the Engineer has knowledge of requesting the Proposal documents.
