Bid submission info : Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted online during the time period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend. The online solicitation will be available the next business day following this advertisement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
