Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gilroy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
Gilroy Unified School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimated The project consists of building out an interior office space within a pre-existing warehouse. Building will follow architectural plans, specifications and District Standards. The timeline for this project is the first calendar quarter of 2025. This is NOT a hard bid project and is based on a best-value model. Please see the project documentation for all criteria.
