Quantities may be increased or diminished. Usage report Upon request, the successful bidder shall provide a report of items purchased by the City for the previous six months. This report shall be in order of most frequently ordered items to the least frequently ordered items. The following information shall be included in the report: product description, total quantity ordered for the period, and total amount spent on the item for the period.
