Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Dover, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the following Work: providing Replacement Windows and replacing all wood framing and window casing. Wood materials shall be wrapped with metal to prevent any moisture and rotting All window frames must be solid vinyl. Double-hung or single-hung type to have at a minimum the lower sash able to slide with a removable bug screen All glazing shall be double-paned with low E and Argon. c. The vapor seal on the glazing must have a minimum ten-year warranty All windows shall have a minimum one-year warranty on the operation of the window. e. All windows shall have a National Fenestration Rating, SHGC Rating, and UFactor meeting minimum energy code requirements as required by the International Energy Conservation Code, as currently adopted by the State of Tennessee. (This is a minimum U-factor of .30 for Dover.) f. Replacement Windows and replacing all wood framing and window casing all wood material shall be wrapped with metal to prevent any moisture and rotting. g. The contractor is responsible for measuring the replacement for the correct window opening. If any additional information is needed, please call the Town of Dover at 931-232-5907.
