Mt. Pleasant Water Storage Tank Project. A certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Hazleton City Authority - Water Department in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid must be submitted with each proposal as bid security and received at the Authority's Office with all other required bid documents prior to the Bid Opening.
