The scope of work for Contract No. 24-S1 includes the removal of existing concrete stairs, installation of concrete channel, concrete stairs with a bicycle runnel and hand rails, 80 LF of 6' bituminous walkway, landscaping, erosion and sedimentation control facilities, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award.
