Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 29, 2025, this project has been out on hold. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. Upgrade and repair three (3) elevators (left, right and freight) at the NC Wildlife Resources Commission Headquarters located at 1751 Varsity Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606. Our elevators require door operator upgrades as the current door operator on each elevator has components that are at the end of life and no longer in production.
