Sludge Cake Hauling Service The term of the contract shall be for a period anticipated to commence on January 1, 2025 and shall continue through December 31, 2025. A certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid, as specified in the Bid submitted by the Bidder, but not in excess of $20,000.00, whichever is lower, must be submitted with the Bid as a guaranty that if a contract is awarded by the Authority, the Successful Bidder shall execute the Contract required by the Contract Documents. The Authority expressly reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or to waive any informalities in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director of the Authority, bearing the name and address of the Bidder, and designated as follows: "SLUDGE CAKE HAULING SERVICE"
