See drawings for restroom building quantity per site. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS A. All work shall conform to 2022, Title 24, California Building Code (CBC). B. Changes to the approved Drawings and Specifications shall be made by addenda or a construction change document (CCD) approved by the Division of the State Architect, Office of Regulation Services, as required by Section 4-338, Part 1, Title 24, California Building Code. 1.03 WORK UNDER OTHER CONTRACTS A. No work is planned or scheduled to be performed by the Owner's own forces. 1.04 WORK SEQUENCE A. Work is to be conducted in a single phase based on a single lump-sum contract. All work shall be completed within time frame stipulated in the BID documents.
