Renovation of a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of level 02 and level 04 of the Operations Building, located at 6651 148 St, Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 3C7 (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the Work include: The project is a Tenant Improvement for the City of Surrey Operations Building. The project includes minor interior renovation on a portion of level 02, and interior fit out of an empty shell space on a portion level 04 to accommodate new offices, meeting rooms, and workstations. There are no changes to the occupancy, occupant load, or exiting as part of this project. This building will continue to be occupied in the out-of-scope areas while Work occurs. As a result, the Work is to sequentially occur in phases as outlined in the architectural package, with each phase completed and staff legally permitted to move in and occupy the space before commencing with subsequent phases.
