The North Texas Municipal Water District is soliciting bids for the construction of the following project: 121 Force Main Improvements Project location / Vicinity: 8015 Ohio Drive - Plano, TX 75024- All questions regarding this bid shall be submitted in writing, through online no later than 5:00 PM on Monday December 2, 2024. Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 12th 2024, 2:00 PM CST The OPCC range for this project is $15M - $20M This project is located in a newly acquired variable-width easement from the existing Preston Road Lift. Station to just west of the existing development at Coit Road and SH 121, generally along Rasor Blvd and the US 121 Frontage Road. Project includes construction of approximately 12,500 linear feet of 36-inch fiberglass force main and associated appurtenances including combination air release/vacuum valves, plug valves, pump out stations, and odor control. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
