Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by Schneider Electric who has been selected as the Energy Services Company (ESCO) for: Project: Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP): For the Customer: Passaic Community College, in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Documents as prepared by Schneider Electric. Bid responses shall be marked in a sealed envelope with the name of the project plainly marked on the front of the envelope and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000 pursuant to N.J.S.A 18A:18A-24. Bidders and subcontractors named in the Form of Bid Proposal for General Constructions, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or other applicable trades who perform any work on the Project must be pre-qualified prior to the submission of bids, pursuant to the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction DPMC. Contractor must be DPMC rated for applicable scope of work. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25 project is subject to Surety and payment/Performance bond requirements. Pursuant to N.J.S.A 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property management and Construction for their respective disciplines. All bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:2-1. An Initial Project Workforce Report will be required from the successful bidder (Form AA-201).
