The work covered under this project will consist of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary to complete the emergency water and/or sewer repairs and restoration of Long Beach Township's conveyance system and public facilities. Please note, the Successful Bidder MUST hold a New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) Certification. The Term of the Bid is for one (1) year starting January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025. No downloaded documents will be accepted, as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Long Beach in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Long Beach hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
