No definite date for the award.** Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed bids for Northwest Water Reclamation Facility Package 1 Clarifiers #1-#4, WAS, Meter & Lab Improvements (Y25-724) The improvements include new clarifier mechanisms and structures for Clarifiers #1-#4, installing a WAS flow control assemble for Clarifiers #1 and #2, replacing the BNR influent isolation and control valve, and improvements to the existing laboratory within the Operations and Maintenance building. The work includes provision of replacement and new electrical, instrumentation and controls (I&C) including SCADA and miscellaneous appurtenances necessary for system operation. The Estimated Cost for this project is $7,213,000.00. It is the respondent's responsibility to ensure they commence their upload efforts timely to meet the submission deadline. The County shall not be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence, including the respondent's network delays, bandwidth issues, internet outages, or technical difficulties. Consideration for modification or alteration of the documents contained in this solicitation shall be requested during the specified question period, before the applicable deadline. No oral interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other Contract documents shall be considered binding. The County shall be bound by information and statements only when such statements are written and executed under the authority of the Manager, Procurement Division.
