Reference Number 0000367219 Installing new 12" HDPE DIPS DR11 pipe using the horizontal direction drilling method along the north side of the 8 Mile Right-of-Way between the back of curb and property lines from Mendota Ave. to approximately 650' east of Wyoming Ave and installing new 8" HDPE DIPS DR11 along Mendota Ave. from Eight Mile Road to Fitzgerald Pl., Pasadena Ave. from Mendota Ave. to Ithaca Ave., Fitzgerald Pl. from Mendota to Evers Pl., and Woodside Ave from Northend Ave. to 250' south of Pasadena Ave. Project consists of cured-in-place pipe lining along Glen Lodge Avenue from the south dead end to Bates Street. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to Royal Oak Township in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with Royal Oak Township. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by Royal Oak Township. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
