The intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders for construction of all work indicated on the Drawings and in the Project Manual (the "Contract"). Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. Each Bid shall be accompanied with a Consent of Surety to Bond in the form of a signed and sealed letter from Surety Company stating they will provide Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond if the bid is accepted.
