Sheridan County School District #2 will receive sealed bids for the SHS Tennis Court Reconstruction project. The project is generally described as follows: Overlay six existing tennis courts with a post-tensioned concrete court system. Other work includes removal and replacement of perimeter fence, minor concrete work, relocation of an existing shed, minor electrical work, and minor grading. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 14, 2025 Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to Sheridan County School District #2, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the scheduled time of the bid opening. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
