Frederick County, Maryland (hereinafter called the "County") is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors (hereinafter called the "Contractor") for the provision of the following in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification of this solicitation: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system tune-ups or replacements the HVAC Replacement Program for up to 48 moderate- and/or low-income households in Frederick County. Such households have a gross income that is 85% or less of the median income for Frederick County. This HVAC program is funded by a grant from the Environmental Protection (EPA) and all activities must comply with grant and federal agency specifications and requirements. Agreement Term: One year with four renewals. The estimated contract value group for this contract is estimated to be between $400,000.00 and $500,000.00.
