This project may contain Federal Funds. This project requires 26% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on January 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase III engineering services are required for construction contract 64L27, US20/IL73 intersection reconstruction near Lena, including temporary runaround for staging, marked detour, guardrail, vertical re-alignment, temporary retaining walls, shoulder widening, resurfacing, culvert reconstruction, and tree removal. US20 from 0.4 mile west of IL73 to 1 mile east (Rees Rd), and IL73 from 0.4 mile north to 0.2 mile south of US20. The construction completion date is December 31, 2026. The Consultant must complete and submit final measurements, calculations, electronic as-built survey data, and final contract records documents to the department no later than five (5) months after construction completion.
