The Memphis District USACE has a requirement for a fume extraction system. The attached combined synopsis/solicitation has the full details. Note: THIS ORDER WILL BE PAID VIA CREDIT CARD SO INCLUDE ANY TRANSACTION FEE IN YOUR QUOTE. ALSO, Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. The NIST score is a responsiveness item. Bids/offers from contractors with a NIST score in SPRS will be considered responsive and evaluated/considered for award. Those without a NIST score in SPRS will be deemed NON-RESPONSIVE and thus not evaluated/considered for award. Place of Performance: The vender will be responsible for the delivery of all items to the Ensley Engineer Yard at 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109. The vendor is to ensure all materials are securely delivered to the address indicated. Any damage sustained during transport to 2915 Riverport Road will be the vendor's responsibility to replace with new. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is 4 months from the date of award. If the lead time is longer for the material, the vendor will indicate the estimated time in their official bid.
