Description: Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor for Concrete Repairs at TL Hanna Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor for Concrete Repairs at TL Hanna. See specifications below for details. The District intends for this vendor to assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. Area 1: 1. 4" thick concrete 2. Rebar used to prevent cracking 3. Surface finish and cuts to match surrounding walkways 4. Existing concrete to be removed by contractor 5. Concrete removed must be disposed of offsite by contractor 6. Approximately 700 sq feet 7. Exact measurement is the responsibility of the contractor Area 2: 1. Concrete walkway to be raised to match existing sidewalk or removed and repoured to be level with existing sidewalk. This will be determined by contractor and A5 2. Surface finish and cuts to match surrounding walkways 3. Existing concrete to be removed by the contractor 4. Approximately 70 sq feet 5.
