Renovation of a fire / police facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,368-square-foot fire / police facility.
**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 12/10/24 to 12/11/24** This HVAC renovation project consists of the replacement of all primary heating and cooling equipment, replacement of all grilles and diffusers, addition of dehumidifiers, replacement of domestic water heating equipment, and replacement of selective ancillary equipment and systems in support of the primary systems. Demolish the following existing equipment Six (6) outdoor condensing units and associated refrigerant piping. Six (6) indoor ducted furnaces with DX cooling coils. Two (2) gas-fired domestic water heaters. Four (4) thermostats associated with existing radiant gas heaters. All supply, return and exhaust grilles/diffusers. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $250,000 - $500,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
