Site work for a water / sewer project in Minto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is the construction of a new drain that services parts of Lots 18 to 21, Concession 3, and part of Lot 21, Concession 4, in the Town of Minto. The Bidder is recommended to visit the site of the work before submitting the Tender and shall, by personal examination, satisfy himself as to the local conditions that may be encountered during the construction of the work. A digital copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained, free of charge, from the Clerk Annilene McRobb annilene@town.minto.on.ca A certified cheque in the amount of $16,000 will be required as a tender deposit with submission of Tender. Alternatively, a Performance Bond of 100% of Contract Price (excluding HST) may be provided by the Contractor.
