Roof Replacement Project The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) is soliciting bids on behalf of Denmar Correctional Center and Jail (DCC&J), to establish a contract for a lump sum amount to replace the existing roof with new. The facility is located at 4319 Denmar Road, Hillsboro, WV 24946 and is in Pocahontas County. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 at 2:00 PM ET At Denmar Correctional Center and Jail, there are two (2) buildings that the existing roof must be removed and replaced with new. The two (2) buildings are the main building and the visitation building. On the roof of the main building, concrete parapet wall restoration must be made. The contractor must remove the rubber membrane roof system, and insulation to expose the existing decking (as specified in the scope of work). The contractor must install 2-ply modified bitumen roof replacement on the main building and the visitation building. The roofing contractor shall be fully knowledgeable of all requirements of the contract documents and shall make themselves aware of all job site conditions that will affect their work.
