Location: 320 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY The project work site is located at 320 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, New York. The project includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, scaffolding, equipment and other appurtenances, and all means and methods necessary to complete the work as described: Hazardous Material Abatement; Window replacement; storefront installation; restroom renovations; ceiling removal, insulation, replacement; HVAC unit removal and replacement; ductwork removal and reconfiguration; and lighting removal and replacement. This is a lump sum bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.
