Installation will include any needed piping/wiring materials as well as any cleanup and disposal of old units and any debris generated by this project. This project will also include replacement of the 1500-gallon chlorine storage tank. Installation of this tank will include removal and disposal of the old tank as well as any and all needed piping and connections. Awarded vendor is responsible for all permitting requirements, application, specs. etc. Building Code Services (BCS) will need to approve. Work shall commence within 30 days of permit approval and be completed no later than 60 days from initiation. Any and all personnel will need to be badged. Vendor is responsible for site safety and worksite security while this project is in progress. The Vendor must keep gates locked and not let anyone on or through the area that shouldn't be there.
