Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The removal and replacement of existing boiler room piping. Remove and replace 116 VAV reheat boxes, including box, controller, control valve, strainers, isolation valves, balance valves, etc. Remove and replace existing snow melt heat exchanger and associated pumps, interior piping, and hydronic specialties. Upgrade all controls to Honeywell Niagara N4, including chiller, air handlers, boilers, new pump VFDs, new AHU VFDs, exhaust fans, heat exchangers, cooling tower, zone heaters, etc. Provide new Niagara N4 head end.
