The first phase, e250 Phase 1, will focus on interior alterations to transform CBC's workspace on Level 6 (L6) and Level 7 (L7) into CBC's future workplace, as well as upgrading selected amenity areas on Level 4 (L4). CBC Radio-Canada is inviting experienced and qualified Architectural consulting firms to submit a proposal for the provision of architectural, interior design and engineering consulting services for e250 Phase 1. Please note mandatory requirements include the Prime Consultant to be located in Toronto and insurance requirements to be met, please see details below: - Prime Consultant and sub consultants will comply with the Supplementary Conditions and adhere to the Project Schedule. - Confirm that $10,000,000.00 Professional errors and omissions insurance will be provided. - Confirm that Professional Errors and Omissions coverage will be extended to any sub-consultants engaged by the Prime Consultant under the Contract. - Confirm that $5,000,000.00 General Commercial Liability insurance will be provided. - Confirm that Prime Consultant and sub consultants are in good standing with Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
