Constructing curb and gutters, sidewalks, cross drains, curb ramps, drive approaches, driveways, walkways, placing thermoplastic pavement marking, reconstructing fences and gates, and paving hot mix asphalt tie-ins. The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing curb and gutters, sidewalks, cross drains, curb ramps, drive approaches, driveways, walkways, placing thermoplastic pavement marking, reconstructing fences and gates, and paving hot mix asphalt tie-ins. No bid will be considered unless it is made on a Bid form furnished by the County's Public Works Department (Department) and accompanied by bidder's security in an amount equal to 10% of the amount bid in accordance with the provisions set forth under Section 2, "Bidding," of the Standard Specifications of the State of California Department of Transportation, dated 2018, as modified by the special provisions. This contract has a delay start. Contractor's working days shall begin on December 01, 2025. Contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days after the date working days begin and shall diligently prosecute the same to completion by the time set forth in contract documents. The successful bidder must complete the work, including plant establishment work, within 130 working days. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
