The Los Angeles Unified School District (District/LAUSD) invites the submittal of qualifications from "C-10" Electrical Contractor and "C-7" Low Voltage Systems Contractor (preferred) licensed contractors interested in providing self-performed Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Electrical and Low Voltage Contracting Services for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, etc., of buildings, structures, or other real property District-wide. Ordering is accomplished through the issuance of a Job Order under the Job Order Contract. Deadline to submit District Prequalification Questionnaire: November 8, 2024 The term of the JOC Contract is 12 months or whenever the maximum value of the JOC Contract is achieved, whichever is less. The initial value of the JOC Contract may be increased up to the maximum total dollar amount of eight million, six hundred sixty thousand dollars ($8,660,000) at any time and as deemed necessary by the District. Additionally, upon mutual consent, the contract may be extended for two (2) option periods of twelve (12) months each, and the maximum contract amount must not exceed seventeen million, three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($17,320,000) within the maximum contract term of three (3) years. Requests for Clarification (RFC) will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the RFQ due date. The District will accept e-mail questions related only to the RFQ and sent to Xochitl Vargas, Contract Administration Analyst at xochitl.vargas@lausd.net.
