Site work for a water / sewer project in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
DPW Building Water Main Relay The project is located at the proposed Village of Elkhart Lake Department of Public Works building, to be constructed on a parcel at the intersection of East St and Maple St in Elkhart Lake, WI. An estimated amount of the major work items for the above contract includes: Install 327 LF of PVC Water Main 8-Inch, and 12 LF of PVC Watermain 4-Inch, and 2 EACH Gate Valve and Valve Box 8-Inch. Install 375 LF of Silt Fence. Disconnect and Abandon 6" Water Main. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Elkhart Lake, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered . The Work shall commence on or after December 2, 2024 ; Final completion- April 11, 2025.
